2012 Weekend Wedding Rates: *These rates are for 2 Days and til 11 am Sunday at Montfair & includes:
- Wedding Field or Lake front overlooking mountains for rehearsal and ceremony.
- Use of lodge for rehearsal dinner for up to 45 guests ($6.00 for each additional guest).
- Use of Lodge, kitchenette with refrigerators, restrooms and tented deck for your wedding til 12 midnite. Quiet hour 11 PM.
- Includes a set of wooden ceremony chairs for field and set for reception and 5 ft. Round tables based on the # of your guests.
- Evening bonfire on the lakefront and use of our indoor fireplace (All firewood provided and fires tended by Montfair Staff).
- Includes 20 X 40 tent on wrap around deck. (Great for ceremony in case of rain.)

Virginia Tent Rental is the expert company to create additional deck space to our already spacious deck for larger events!

Use of Lodge from 12 Noon and ends 12 Mid- Night. Rates include:
- Choice of Wedding Field or Lake front overlooking mountains for ceremony.
- Use of Lodge, kitchenette with refrigerators, restrooms and tented deck until 12 Midnight. Quiet hour 11 pm.
- Includes a set of wooden ceremony chairs for field and set for reception and 5 ft. Round tables based on the # of your guests.
- Evening Bonfire on lakefront and use of indoor fireplace (firewood provided). Montfair employee assistance provided.
- Includes 20 X 40 tent on wrap around deck. (Great for ceremony in case of rain.)

Our lodge is also available for a morning after breakfast! This rate is $350 for up to 100 people.
We have Various options for you to include Cottage Rentals with your wedding.
1. Montfair will hold at no charge to you up to 7 cottages for your guests to make their own reservations. You can choose to provide a list of guests for specific cabins or 1 st come 1 st serve basis.
2. Book Cottages under one name and one person pay and receive an 8% group discount.
3. Book our Destination Weekend that includes cottages and also receive 8% group discount built into package!

Wedding Destination Package includes:
- Field overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains for your rehearsal and ceremony.
- Use of lodge with tented deck for 3 Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday for rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, and Sunday Morning Gathering til 2 pm.
- Includes a set of wooden ceremony chairs fod field and set for reception and 5 ft. Round tables based on the # of your guests.
- Friday and Saturday night bonfires.
- Accommodations in our 7 to 8 vacation cottages, each sleeping 4 – 6 folks for 2 nights.
- Main House available for 6 additional guests.
- Two nights camping for 10 tents; $20 for each additional tent/night.
- Also includes Montfair Staff to help your event go beautifully. Montfair staff will monitor fires and event, and keep grounds and facilities clean.
Hayrides & pony rides for additional price.
